to the city we went...

I have a feeling this is a now or never post. I have been thinking of posting about our trip to NYC for weeks now but with all the craziness of the holidays and seeing how bad I am at keeping up with my blog...I am just now getting around to it.
So, we went to New York City the first week of December to visit my sister who moved there a few months earlier.

I'm not sure I even remember the order in which we did things but I think I will just use our pictures to recapture the adventures we had in the big city.

Ellis Island/Statue of Liberty

Times Square

Eating at Hard Rock

Crumbs. Awesome cupcake place. You can see the excitement on our face

Standing in front of Bloomingdale's christmas window display in the snow (flurries- hard to tell)

Famous Dylan's Candy Store

Eating at Max Brenner or "the chocolate restaurant"

Yummy desserts

Grand Central Station

Going to see the Nutcracker at the New York City Ballet

On top of the New York City Athletic Club overlooking Central Park

Eating at P.J. Clarke's. They have the best hamburgers

Columbus Circle

Upper West side Manhattan and Central Park

Central Park

Famous bridge in Central Park

Some shopping on Fifth Avenue

Busted! Caught trying to buy something on Fifth Ave= husband not happy

Enormous snowflake

Of course we made it to Rockefeller Center

In front of the snowflake display on Saks

That was a lot for one post but such a fun trip!
